He was a good artist and a singer from where we learned the basics of drawings and with whom we made the first drawings of our mind. Acha was an active member of Desa Seva Sangam, Kannankara and was a good actor as well.

He was a great follower of Nehru's Socialist Ideas. He framed Mr A K Antony as his political role model. A big fan of film actor Mr Sathyan , he used to say " there wasn't anyone who is good enough to take Satyhan's seat. "

Acha used to say " Valsala is the most valuable gift I ever had, she is the light and support for me and my loving kids."
